Congratulations to our 2014-2015 Physics Club members!
The 11th-12th grade teams placed 2nd and 4th place in the state out of 34 teams at the TSA-TEAMS competition (click for link to site)! Well done!
This year's topic was on ENERGY & ITS RELATIONSHIP TO ENGINEERING. Students had to solve novel problems and use their own research on a range of topics on alternative and sustainable fuel sources.
April & May 2015
We will be engaging in a little engineering fun during our April and May meetings by designing, creating, testing, and refining mini 1-motor cars made from foam, blocks, masking tape, and other odds and ends. The goal is to have a sturdy car that is as fast and durable as possible.
